I feel like my two years at this company not good. The only good thing is that salaries are paid on time,The management doesn’t seem to have much knowledge about their work, and they struggle with even basic tasks.

Dislikes

Work culture, Job security, Politics and Manager behaviour towards employee, HR policies Work life balance and without paid overtime working. Politics based promotions and inequality in salary Less salary.
