No job security, No value of hard work, skills & efficiency. If you are there with the company for a long time or you flatter management then only you can survive and get salary hike and promotions.

Good Salary above market standards. People are nice.

Dislikes

Management, since they don’t have vision for company. Putting lots of pressure & no work ethics. No system in place and expectations are we are working in MNC which is not the case. CFO of a company is so harsh with team and HR doesn’t take notice of it. Soon people will take an exit if culturally they don’t improve themselves.
