Do not trust this company. They asks us to join in the training program which will be about 1 hour or less daily. The training manager Thiru will force us to create our own leads to sell their course. He forces us to complete different levels so that we will be promoted to associate.

Dislikes

Thiru has told us in the meeting that his colleagues are still in level 1 & 2 but he have completed all the levels and became training manager. Then how can he expect us to generate leads in just one week. He scolds us for not generating leads like worst performance, resign if you are not able to complete the levels. They don't evenrespond to our messages, calls. After one week of training they simply stop meeting and say contact us after completing levels...Read More
