In Espire I have been working for the last 2 years. The best thing here is flexible working hours; they easily provide work from home. You can take leave easily; you just have to complete the assigned work in the given time. It doesn't matter from where you have completed it.

Dislikes

They didn't give proper appraisal from last 2 years in whole organisation no one got appraisal, some times you have to work with Weeknd and late night also and they didn't paid for the extra hour neither in money nor comp off

Dislikes

The org is run by one person from technical point of view , all these review of job security are stale, there is no job security at all , people are treated like shit they are forced to submit positive feedback for company , if you can butter someone boots then only join just to be fired the next six months all these people who have stayed here for more than 5 years are family members , relatives or close friends . No hike for past 4 years , all time threat over job security even though you have project still they will fire u once it is stable and they will make fresher sit on it at cheap rate .no work life and this throughout all projects , no skill dev , nothing good . just take there offer letter to leverage somewhere else . it does not require a person to know that if org is led by two head it will drown , they have two ceo , i mean like what?...Read More
