No Growth If you don't have a degree from an IIT or an IIM, then you will neither grow nor will your opinions matter. Your experience is irrelevant. And if you land in the Marketing team of India Schools, then please be prepared be to run over by other teams without any support from the heads of the department. If you 1.)
