This is hire and fire company. Be careful if you are joining IT team in Bangalore. The manager will call you 10 times before you join, just to make sure you are trapped properly and the same manager will isolate you if you turn out to be smarter than others and that is pretty obvious. So they basically need people without smartness and YES BOSS type. IT team is basically a team of googlers. If you take away access of google or the ppts shared by vendor companies, entire IT team will be blank. Negative workplace culture. Outdated work policies - being a global company which demands to work in cross time zones insisting on work from office to squeeze the most productivity of an employee (9-6 office and after 6 meetings with team members outside the residing country).
