Salary on time but this got delaying last months

Dislikes

Two many = bad Founders no knowledge on retail business , favors mis ,risk and tech team. Worst risk team who never give limit but want business . No ground team but want business to come from ground team . Salary increase was esops but lied not given . Fooling us and destroying life

Only salary used to be on time .

Dislikes

No respect for employe life . Every month risk Ops team blocks 20k and 30k accounts with no reason and no logic and expect wonders . Seems the customer service team cares but they don't get support . Data management is worst. Every day we eget wrong data and sales head who has no market knowledge defends wrong data as his friend isdata head . Fos is treated unfare , removed from company with no salary . Founders do lot favotism favers risk Ops team ....Read More
