I liked the non professional culture, you will tasked with any random change request at random time. Speakin sarcastically.

Dislikes

Still being run by founder enginners, who live in the thought their work is great and no one should compare it with modern softwate development patterns. Any new suggestion will be thrown in the bin, and you are stick to use the old technology, just to save time as R and D is where company don't want to invest. If you are implementing your solution, the management expects it to be done in 2 days. If you are following their solution then take as much time you want.
