Dislikes

1. Work-Life Balance Employees who provide work support from home, especially during weekends, often face challenges in maintaining a proper work-life balance. Suggestions: Introduce an hourly payment option or provide compensatory offs for those working on weekends or beyond regular hours. Implement time flexibility for such employees, allowing them to adjust their schedules to balance personal and professional commitments more effectively. Establish clear boundaries for after-hours work to minimize unnecessary disruptions during personal time. 2. Canteen Area Capacity The current canteen area seems insufficient to accommodate all employees during peak times. This results in delays and inconvenience for many. Suggestion: Expanding the canteen area or implementing staggered lunch timings could ensure that employees can have their meals comfortably and on time. 3. Staff Behavior There have been instances where staff behavior was not professional, which could negatively impact overall management and workplace harmony. Suggestion: Regular training on interpersonal skills and professional conduct can help maintain a positive environment. 4. Team Leaders and Coordinators In some cases, the behavior of team leaders and coordinators has been less than ideal, which can affect team dynamics and productivity.
