Canteen Area Capacity The current canteen area seems insufficient to accommodate all employees during peak times. This results in delays and inconvenience for many. Suggestion: Expanding the canteen area or implementing staggered lunch timings could ensure that employees can have their meals comfortably and on time. 3. Staff Behavior There have been instances where staff behavior was not professional, which could negatively impact overall management and workplace harmony. Suggestion: Regular training on interpersonal skills and professional conduct can help maintain a positive environment. 4. Let me make a list: 1. The office is horrible. No AC in a humid city like Kolkata. The office space is small 2. The founder doesnt know what he wants, he is a manchild with a lot of money! No vision, only wants to do what competitor brands do. HIGH Levels of baseless Favourism. No professionalism, bangs the table and screams in meetings just because he doesnt like copies. Comes back to what he had already approved within 2days No approval on timely basis. Extensively rude. 3. There isn’t any management, HR ethics is absent. They will change places if they suspect you bonding with your collegue next to you, yeah right! Welcome to school. HR policies are shit, no employee benefits , no welness program. 4. Attrition rate is so high

I just joined 3 months ago as GM MT. The amount of freedom I got from management in implementing strategies, getting trust on Bold decisions making for business and Freedom on design the process & P&L strategies are unmatched. I rarely got such type of freedom and trust in such a short period.

It’s too early to any comment now . But can improve the hierarchy structure in more better way to streamline professionalism.
