1. Unfavorable Work Environment: - Uncomfortable atmosphere for questioning or raising concerns. - Privilege leave not respected for local employees. 2. Poor Working Conditions: - Congested workspace akin to a BPO. - Excessive use of devices poses health risks. - Lack of recognition and communication from top management. 3. Restrictive Leave Policies: - No encashment policy for privilege leave. - Leave planning dictated by company, not employee needs. 4. Toxic HR Dynamics: - HR focused on termination rather than employee relations. - Lack of trust and open communication with HR. 5. Degradation of Dignity: - Submissive work culture lacking self-respect. - They need permission from US even for menial tasks like operating coffee machines. - Didn't even install a Virus attenuation device during Covid, as usual US management didn't approve, we risked our lives. 6. Inefficient Work Processes: - Lack of defined processes and reliance on individual opinions. - Heavy workload with little support or guidance. 7. Unfair Employee Treatment: - Regular layoffs without valid reasons. - Disregard for employee well-being and work-life balance. 8. Inadequate Safety Measures: - Hazardous work environment with health risks. - Lack of safety certifications and protocols. 9. Inflexible Work Hours: - Long and unpredictable working hours, including late-night meetings. - Little consideration for personal time or life outside of work. 10. Absence of Work-Life Balance: - Excessive meetings overshadow actual work. - Lack of adherence to best practices despite management insistence.
