Good company to work with however need improvement on poor policies for pay raise..

I have been waiting for a promotion for over a year now, despite meeting the eligibility criteria and delivering consistent performance. The lack of acknowledgement is extremally disappointing, especially when I 've been consistently getting top ratings from last 5 years and also fulfilling all the necessary requirement for the advancement, besides I am the top performance among the team and also customer has praised may many time. Since the client location changed from Reading to London , I have not received an appropriate pay raise.. Despite following up with the higher managements for over a year, there has been no resolution. This reflects extremely poor management on the project, many best recourses have left for the same reason. It has been really frustrating not to see any concreate action from management. It is disheartening and disrespecting to chase the issue any outcome, and its beginning to affect my motivation and overall experience with the project. :(...Read More
