Rating is never based on work, but based on mood of managers. Pressure for automation is there but no reward full r automation other than verbal appreciation. Project movement possibility is very rare. Technology learning opportunity is too poor. You learn only excel and team management.

Dislikes

Rating structure. Less number of employees for more amount of work. Poor learning opportunity. Poor growth opportunities.

It depends on the project . then the project manager and it team mates .. My project mnaager is good and colleagues are best and helpful .. But little more work pressure as we are having production environment .. Learning is good
