There was no support from the management. The CEO at the time was clueless and stubborn. Employees were treated like disposable paper. No motivation, no effort to encourage team-work. Horrible work culture that started from the top and trickled down the bottom. Working at Clinito drained your life-force. It put my team and I in a very stressful state of mind at all times, primarily because of the lack of support & constant pressure from the CEO.
