1. Managers are useless 2. Management is interested in appeasing female employees 3. Female employees giving "specific services" to the top management result in instant promotion even when there are more deserving people in other teams 4. HR team is as useless as Rahul Gandhi is to India. They will never listen to you even when you will provide all justifications.
