Worst company to join. Lot of Job insecurity. If women employee report on harassment , no care about it. Harrasaments policy are exist for name sake. When women employee on harrasament, hr who is also women , returns back to employee threatening with legal letter to not to raise a voice and to keep quite thereby asking to resign and walk away from company instead of giving justice to the victim.
