There is nothing to like about this company.they just use their employees.they keep me as a trainee for a year and after that also they donot take me onboard.still make excuses.

The management is very supportive to its employees and there is a freedom of work where one can bring in their own ideas and work accordingly and Centrum is an ever expanding organization where efforts get rewarded

Dislikes

It’s not a household name as yet so marketing needs to get set in place in order to increase the brand value, company lacks on job training for freshers

A great learning experience so far, as my time in this company has increased my performance has increased accordingly specially because of the support given by the seniors and the freedom of work you get here, company doesn’t need anyone to work overtim
