Current management is biased and has no vision. They are focused on promoting their family and friends. People managers are burden on organisation and have ZERO engineering skills. A restructuring is required at top level so Macquarie is back again to best in Gurgaon.

No job security. Crapy leadership. Pretentious attitude of thinking that it’s a startup, when senior leadership have no clue. Only buttering will take u any where in ur career
