This organization is the epitome of everything wrong with corporate culture. Here's why: 1. No Job Security: Employees are treated as disposable. They’ll fire people at the drop of a hat, even those dealing with personal hardships or those who have just joined. 2. Toxic Environment: The workplace reeks of negativity. Constant threats from managers make it impossible to focus on work. 3. Nepotism Over Merit: Hard work is completely ignored. Promotions, appraisals, and benefits are reserved for people in the management’s inner circle, regardless of their competence or contributions. 4. Unrealistic Project Deadlines: They set impossible deadlines for projects. For tasks that realistically require 2,000 hours to complete, employees are given only 500 hours, forcing them to compromise on quality and overwork themselves. 5. Penny-Pinching at Employees’ Expense: Instead of supporting employees, they cut corners on even the most basic needs, prioritizing their profits over their people. 6. Managerial Arrogance and Distrust: The managers behave like self-appointed owners, spending their time goofing off in the office while expecting perfection from employees. Some even make unprofessional remarks like, “I doubt you’re working,” and use it as a veiled threat. If they don’t trust employees, why hire them in the first place? 7. School-Like Atmosphere: This isn’t a software development company; it’s a glorified institution where the management acts like authoritarian teachers micromanaging every aspect of your work. 8. High Costs and Lack of Work: Their inflated pricing makes it difficult for them to secure projects, leading to periods of inactivity. Instead of fixing their strategy, they resort to laying off employees. 9. Deceptive Growth Strategy: They started hiring aggressively, leading employees to believe the company was growing. In reality, this was a stunt to impress potential buyers. Once the company was sold, they shamelessly began mass layoffs, including people who hadn’t even started working yet. 10. Insensitive Layoffs: They fired employees with little to no notice, completely disregarding their years of dedication or personal circumstances. Employees were treated as mere numbers on a spreadsheet. 11. Silent Firing Continues: Even now, they continue to terminate employees quietly, without any transparency or accountability. This company operates with zero ethics, and its actions have left countless employees in financial and emotional distress. They don’t deserve to call themselves a professional organization.
