Job security is practically non-existent, you could be laid off the same day you're released from a project. Imagine getting a call from HR at 6 AM, asking you to return your laptop to the office, with no prior notice of termination. The 90-day notice period isn’t about project handovers; it’s a tactic to retain you against your will. I really like the company culture. Team members help each other in time of need and managers are open to having conversations and discussions. There is a lack of hierarchical structure and you are more than welcome to present your views in the meeting. Loads to learn through interesting projects and you get to work on challenging work early in your career.
