Salary is credited on time is the only like.

Dislikes

They only waste time in training people. Their criteria is to judge people only on the basis of theoretical knowledge. They will hire you and then they will give you sop files to read. Then they will say write papers on it and secure 80% in those papers. If secure 80% then they start with next reading and paper. If you don't secure 80% then they will insult you and tell you to attempt again. If you fail again then they will complaint to HR and will give warning. In short they will just mentally stress you to leave job. If you are not able to write papers then they will not even show you lab. No practical, nothing. Only theory. For senior also they will ask to byheart their protocols after basic sops. And you have to understand those protocols only by reading. Practical lies faar ahead. Few people are are there who are working there since 10-15 yrs. Those people have not worked anywhere else, so their basic general knowledge about other things is zero. Please think before joining. They allure you with salary and benefits but after joining they treat you like donkey....Read More
