Friendly colleagues. You get to sharpen your basic(only basic) DSA skills. Mentoring students

Dislikes

One of the co-founder manages the team, and let me tell you, there is an insane amount of pressure here and the way he's handles is toxic , There is no such thing as personal time at the end of the day, The manager keeps poking and poking till midnight. You are shoved with stupid mentoring tasks all the time. There is no work-life balance No learning and growth. No week off on saturdays.
