There is nothing to like about the company. Initially you might feel on the top being in the big hands of Reliance, but gradually you will realize the truth.

Dislikes

No Visions, no ethics, no work culture, nothing. All the policies which they talk about like empathically strong and blah blah, its totally opposite. you will end up screwing your career and yourself. No second though about the products, its just the leadership. DONT GET CARRIED AWAY BY THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY ARE PAID ONES!

Company gives opportunities to learn. Staying here for an year means you get 3-4 years of experience.

Dislikes

One of the most hypocrite company that I have ever seen. They expect employees to show empathy on customers where the management lacks empathy on employees. They expect things to be done in a day, while the same thing was remaining unimplemented for months. A fast moving culture with zero output - in summary.
