In our Bank of India, Job is Secure as it is a Semi Govt Job. We can do service to poor. We can do service to Illiterates. We can do service to Farmers. The compensations available monthly is good.

Dislikes

Work environment is not at all good in our Institution. A lots of pressure from higher Officials to achieve targets. The worst thing is working hours which are at least 12 hours per day which highly imbalance my work and my life which includes my family and my passion. The most terrible thing is the Swearing from higher officials. We have to achieve targets on day to day basis. How it is Possible daily ? We have to update our Results in our Official Watts app Group daily. If we do less, then there will be a call from Area Officer or Zonal Officer or Some other for an explanation. What is this ? How can do our routine with this much pressure ? My family is worrying of me and my health. But I don't have an other option. As ours is a Govt Bank, Central Government is putting more Pressure on Banks to take Govt Products to people like PMJJBY, PMSBY, PMAY, Mudra Loans, Stand Up India, Sukanya Samruddhi Yojana etc. However my Job is becoming unbearable day to day....Read More
