- Worst HR policy, - Internal Politics, - Working environment is not good for Marketing Specialist Officers, - Management takes things in ego, - They do frequent transfers. - Since marketing officers are out of purview of transfer policy. Management can transfer Marketing Officers every month. - Maximum General Banking Officers do not care about marketing, customer satisfaction, customer retention and providing good services to customers and hence the business generated by marketing officers suffer. - Only Marketing Officers are accountable for business generation and conversion but they have to be dependent to General Banking Officers for operational work....Read More
