Job security. Less bribe culture in comparison to other government department like RTO, Income tax, Sales Tax, Police, Custom, FCI etc.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Heavy & undue pressure to achieve targets. Very humiliating culture, exploitation by taking work on all holidays & Sundays unofficially. Boss is always right culture. Promotions from scale four onwards are totally depends on your liaison with top executives.
