Axis bank is one of the best bank to work especially for women.They are not applying much huge pressure on employees so they can work with pressure free mind .I just recommend this is one of the best organisation to work with.

Dislikes

Every organisation creates their dislikes in employees mind through their other employees, especially top authorities.Some Bms , cluster heads rude and unauthorised interventions and rude attitude creates jr officers working environment too horrible.They works on the sake for their personal goals or to protect someones interest instead of supporting and encouraging their jr.officers to get the best rating or appraisal.Some branch manager doesn't bothered about actually what is happening in the branches daily .They just come to the branch for just escaping their faces and went out for their personal matters by saying that they went for customer calls .But it's actually affecting other branch members job horrible and thus creates a heavy pressure situation in branch .And some cluster heads supporting such branch Managers and impose heavy pressure on other branch operations staff.So this results is there is no work life balance in this bank.Everbody should present 9 clk at the branch but there is no consistent timing to leave due to various reasons .One of the major reasons for late sitting are : Lack of support from supervisors Lack of internet connectivity Lack of proper source and responsible persons for support operations team No support from BBO team No proper service from HR...Read More
