There is a lot of scope for learning here. The projects that are ongoing are quite interesting.

Dislikes

The management has no idea about the company's future. Lot of projects gets scrapped. No employee benefits. Financial security is very bad. Did not get salaries on time, sometimes even for weeks. There is no such things as work-life balance. You are expected to work anytime of the day when the management wants it. No order in theorganization at all. Everything is a chaos.
