Good salary, Health insurance coverage.

Dislikes

Few client just 2-3 clients. Rest client are on thier corporate decks. Project growth are limited with majorly on support and migration. Data, AI-ML, Dev ops are just stream. Project just play around in POC stage and later on they are vanished as client dont approve major of their solutions which is majorly copied from AI tools. Senior leadership/ CEO just believe in Hiring and Firing. Resouces were fired without giving any notice based on performance clause. Few of them have taken support from judiical path. One big process flaw is conitnious change in company policy document which are pressuries to be signed by the employee. Avoid joining them if you are an experience professional. No permanent office, employees working from shared office. CEO is not aggresive and lacks vision. Vendor manager or Recruitment driven firm. Most of the leads lack experience and skills to lead. High salary Before asking you to search for a job they will give you 3 months time 1 will be for official bench period and 2 for notice period

No job security, they themselves doesn’t know if they will get projects and if you are on bench you need to leave they will fire you
