Dislikes

For higher roles there is no job security especially in pune plant. If you are looking for job stability then do not join pune plant. For lower roles you can join but 6 days a week and 10 hours minimum daily will be required of you. They have No leave policy which does not means Unlimited leaves but actually u won't get any leaves.This rule is not for HR dept as they enjoy unlimited leave policy. In fixed leave policy atleast your leaves get carry forwarded and you get benefit when you quit the organization but over here u won't get that too. Bottom line-Plant Management should understand they are hiring people who will work with them shoulder to shoulder if treated well , they are not commodity being bought from market , but humans with soul....Read More
