1. Favoritism - if you aren't a favourite, your life is miserable 2. Management is knowledgeable and very clear with what to do but they can be very judgemental. There is a lot of blame game in the company. 3. Few people who have joined recently have made the culture worse. Overall - A good opportunity but Join this company only if you can do some boot-liking.
