Dislikes

People are so self absorbed here that they don't care about surroundings. Mangers make a lot of nuisance here. Girls cling to their mangers in an uncomfortable manner and mangers appreciate this behaviour as they are getting the attention. Wave 2.2 is a total mess and revolves around a few AMs and DM. They make you their personal project if they find you saying something they don't like. I am happy that I am no longer here as my peace of mind was totally destroyed and promotion is a third world name here. Don't even talk about decent appraisal....Read More

Dislikes

Deputy Manager in admin team is not supportive at all. He is very judgemental, biased and just pin points a single person in front of the entire team which is very humiliating. He does not know anything on the process front but shows like he is the owner of the process. Everytime he just tries to please girls in the team which is kind of creating bad culture...
