Job Description
- Good working knowledge for US HRO Payroll Domain
- Experience on managing transactions on different HR ERP s
- Ability to deliver high quality levels and self-audit work.
- Maintain the required SLAs with respect to TAT and Accuracy.
- Working knowledge of UKG , SAP , Workday similar tool is desirable.
- Experience of handing emails queries and problem resolution.
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices - Payroll, Time and Attendance Termination (Data management).
- Demonstrate Customer Orientation.
- Ability to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and information.
- Works to improve the team s overall performance and embraces a collaborative approach.
- Supports peers by reviewing work to ensure zero errors in work.
- Strong interpersonal people management skills client management skill.
- Strong decision-making skill, ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans.
