Job Description
- Work with onshore teams on People Analytics annual roadmap based on business needs and priorities.
- Partner with Senior HR and business leaders to identify key people metrics that align with business strategies and help to drive decisions.
- Be a data storyteller - Produce concise, story-driven reports and/or presentations to communicate analytic insights.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a standard reporting dashboard across primary stakeholder groups (C-suite, business leaders, HR leaders, HRBPs, etc). The dashboard should include metrics in support of business monitoring as well as HR monitoring (attract, develop, and retain processes).
- Use mathematical concepts, statistical analysis, experience, and industry knowledge to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively.
- Architect effective, scalable, and easy-to-understand dashboards and reporting solutions to identify useful and practical insights for the HR team and business leaders.
- Design and execute regular and ad-hoc reporting on key HR metrics, offering actionable insights to guide strategic HR decisions.
- Collaborate with IT team to build, maintain, and update interactive data dashboards and visualizations.
- Assist in creating communication materials and presentations (including Board decks) to support analysis, implementation of programs, or strategic initiatives updates.
- Prepare and audit people-related data, checking and ensuring accuracy for analyses and statistical modelling.
