I'm supposed to be on the dev team but put on a testing project, now tried consistently to move out to dev team and nobody is listening. HR is worst of this company. She doesn't want you to speak at the time of salary negotiation and just somehow convinces you to work for a lower salary. She's the most awful person I've ever seen inmy entire career. Learning curve is dependent on person to person and projects to projects. Like I remember, I used to learn a lot from the initial few days.
