...ly to move out to dev team and nobody is listening. HR is worst of this company. She doesn't want you to speak at the time of salary negotiation and just somehow convinces you to work for a lower salary. She's the most awful person I've ever seen in my entire career. Learning curve is dependent on person to person and projects to projects. Like I remember, I used to learn a lot from the initial few days. Now, the growth has become stagnant and there's no way I can recover from that.
