Location of the role: Ahmedabad
Administrative Reporting: Head - IB
Role Purpose:
The role serves the purpose of managing & improving the performance of the SEA region by:
a. Driving execution excellence in existing markets to gain market share in existing categories
b. Identifying new brand / product opportunities in existing markets to expand the business
c. Open new markets with relevant brands to expand the geographic footprint of the business
d. Lead the logistics and documentation team to ensure strong back end execution and compliance
Key Responsibilities:
Financial (Business):
- Drive hygienic secondary sales growth for existing brands in key markets
- Identify new growth opportunities in existing markets to increase depth and spread of business
- Deliver the P&L for the region at sales as well as net contribution levels
Customer:
- Expand geographic presence of ZWL brands in new markets through partnership with strong distributors and robust GTM
Process:
- Strengthen GTM in existing markets to ensure adequate numeric and weighted distribution objectives
- Design and execute in market activations to drive offtakes of the brands
- Identify new product opportunities and partner with marketing team to expand the business to relevant new categories
- Manage the back end team to ensure seamless supply execution for entire International business + internal compliance
People:
- Ensure strong distributor relationships & people management to manage the distributor teams to execute desired objective

- New Territory Development in two new countries
- Sri Lanka Market Topline Achievement
- Ensuring Backend logistics function's efficient performance

1. On alignment of monthly / quarterly / annual plans for the region/brand
2. Time to time driving of back end actions basis business plan
3. Coordination for planned production / changes / additional business ask & its timely delivery
4. Manage provisions + export benefits procedures
External:
- Distributors - Relationship Management / Coordination / Team management
- Agencies - In market activation execution support
Key Dimensions:
Team - Direct Reports: 1 logistics + 1 documentation executives
Role Requirements:
Educational Qualifications - PGDM in Marketing
Experience (Type & Nature)
- 8-12 years
- FMCG (With atleast 2 years in handling SEA region)
Functional Competencies
- Knowledge & understanding of relevant business indicators, regional understanding and critical sales KPI's
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage distributor teams
