JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Person should have Project execution skills for - Process eqp , HVAC, BMS execution validation

Bachelor’s degree in engineering with excellent aptitude for pharmaceutical project execution work for production equipment. Incumbent should have hands on Regulatory guidelines such as USFDA, MHRA, ISO ASTM, BIS, ISPE, USP etc. Should have good working hands on MS office, Internet, SAP etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Timely Site Execution of Production Equipment along with Installation, Testing, Commissioning and hand over to user.
• Process Equipment documentation coordination with CFT team & Vendor.
• Provide support to CFT team for Process equipment DQ/IQ/OQ Execution.
• Analyzing, understanding project drawings.
• Estimate of quantity (BOQ) required at site for the planned work.
• Purchase request and co-ordination with SCM department to ensuring material availability.
• Technical discussion with vendors and cross functional team. Location at site for technical discussion with project team and advice/assist contractor’s project in charge also inspect work quality and progress at site.
• Intra Service coordination with CFT team.
• Preparing bar chart/schedule for work to be executed.
• FAT of Process Equipment & Compliance ;
• Co-ordination with local plant team for the work progress, documents for validation.
• Forward planning for manpower, material to ensure timely action.
• Ensure quality is as per requirement & agreed specifications.
• Actions/improvements in planning as per the site conditions.
• As built drawings after execution of project.
• Analyzing, understanding project drawings with respect to HVAC and BMS.
• Understanding of HVAC system for cleanroom application and comfort applications.
• Good understanding of Psychometric chart and Air properties.
• Understanding of Control logic/Philosophy of BMS System.
• Good troubleshooting experience related to HVAC and BMS.
• Site co-ordination with back office team, User, Consultants, Contractors and other concern agencies etc.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC Equipment, i.e. Chiller, Chilled water pumps, Cooling tower, Cooling water pumps, PRS, Hot water generator, Hot water pumps for HVACAir Handling units, Dehumidifiers, Air distribution duct, Ducting insulation, Chilled water and hot water piping, Manifolds, drain piping, Piping insulation, Terminal heating units HEPA Filters, electrical panel, VFDs, Fire dampers, DX Units etc.
• Installation, testing and commissioning of BMS system and field instruments, i.e. Operating software, I/O summary, DDC Panel, DPT, DPS, CAV/VAV, T&RH sensors and displays, Fire/Smoke sensor, Cable tray, Cabling (Power and control), BMS Screen development etc.
• Material receiving, loading/ unloading and proper storage of incoming material. Ensuring timely GRN from store and processing of bills.
