Looking For HVAC Engineer For OSD Facility based out of Ahmedabad

We are having Opportunity for HVAC Engineer for our OSD Manufacturing facility. Below are the details required.

Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech(Mechanical)

Experience: 5 -10 Years.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Effective planning and execution of preventive maintenance of machines like AHU, Dehumidifier, etc as per preventive maintenance schedule.
• Responsible for maintenance and operation of HVAC system.
• Monitoring of HVAC validation activities as per validation master plan.
• To update daily online documents of HVAC activity like Temperature, RH and Differential pressure balancing.
• Periodic monitoring and daily monitoring of HVAC system.
• Effective planning & execution of preventive maintenance of machines like AHU , Dehumidifier ,Humidifier as per their schedule.
• Preparation of URS , IQ , OQ , PQ , DQ ,RQ , Change request, impact assessment, installation and commissioning report with supporting documents for new project.

Candidate details

• The candidate should have exposure to USFDA.
• The candidate should be from Pharma industry only.
• The candidate should have knowledge of GDP/ GMP.
