Role & responsibilities

Injectable (Ahmedabad)

Production.

Production: Shift In charge.

B. Pharm / M.Pharm/B.Tech. with 3 to 10 years of experience supervising Injectable production areas like Aseptic Filling, Vial Washing, Autoclave and Lyophilizer.

Production: Operator/FTE.

D. Pharm/DME/ITI with 1 to 10 Years of relevant experience in operating production machines like Autoclave, Filling, Compounding, Washing/Tunnel/Capping, Lyophilizer.

Engineering.

Engineering: Process Maintenance Engineer:

B.E./B.Tech/Diploma with 4 to 8 Years of relevant experience in Instrumentation / Plant maintenance for Injectable Manufacturing Plant.

Engineering: Process Maintenance – Operator:

Diploma/ITI with 1 to 10 Years of relevant experience in the Process maintenance, Instrumentation and calibration of Injectable Manufacturing Plant.

Packing.

Packing: Shift In Charge (Packing) B. Pharm / M. Pharm/B.Tech. with 3 to 10 of relevant experience in handling operations of packing line machine.

Packing: Operator (Packing) D. Pharm/DME/ITI with 1 to 10 Years of relevant experience in operations and trouble shooting packing line machine i.e.Plunger insertion cum labeling, vial labeling, Blister, Catenator, Track & Trace. Should have knowledge of challenge test and rejection handling.

Quality Assurance.

Executive/ Sr. Executive: (IPQA/Qualification/QMS) B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/ M.Sc. with 2 to 8 Years of relevant experience in IPQA / Qualification or QMS related activities in Injectable Manufacturing Plant.
