Finance-vendor payable, Reimbursements

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage Vendor Payment activity on daily basis & sharing the TAT to respective Dept.
• Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Government/Statutory payment (TDS/GST/Profession Tax)
• Manage Employees Advance & Reimbursement related payments
• Coordinating with internal/External dept. for vendor payments related queries.
• Coordinate with Internal dept. for provision related query /Following up with department for provision on mail & call .
• GL Reconciliation activity on monthly /Quarterly
• Preparation of TDS challan with respective section wise (E.g. 194J / 194C)
• Schedule Preparation activity on monthly basis (Rent /Advance to vendor /Creditor/ deposit)

Preferred candidate profile

• coordinating with internal/External auditor wrt audit queries and providing required data
• Basic knowledge of accounting standard
• Good knowledge of Taxes (GST/TDS)
• Good knowledge of accounting Entry
• Intermediate to Mid-level experience in MS (Excel, Word, Power-Point)
