ZS s Max.AI Platform

Max.AI platform team focuses on developing and selling an ecosystem of AI products and GenAI agents across industry. Some of the products that are currently being developed include:

• AI: A cross-industry AI and generative AI platform focused on addressing the demand from clients to leverage the capabilities of gen AI. With Max.AI, clients can combine existing machine learning models and automation techniques with the increasingly powerful abilities of the latest large language models.
• AI (P.AI) is a patented state-of-the-art cloud native AI SaaS product from ZS that leverages data from loyalty rewards programs, clickstream, transactions, and campaigns to create highly targeted 1:1 personalized content, customer journeys and products & offer recommendations.

As a product management lead, you will guide the development and strategic direction of innovative AI solutions, including generative AI agents and apps. You will manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring our offerings not only meet but exceed market demands and customer expectations.

What You ll Do:

Craft and execute detailed product roadmaps that align with the company s vision, influenced by deep market analysis and ongoing stakeholder feedback

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (customer success, engineering and product management function) and external customers to gather feedback and ensure product goals meet market and user requirements
• Partner with UI teams to create compelling, user-first designs that drive engagement and differentiate our products in the market
• Direct agile teams with a focused, clear approach, managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and iterative feedback loops to deliver value swiftly
• Keep a pulse on emerging AI trends and technologies, steering product innovation to maintain our competitive edge and meet futuristic market needs
• Participate in scrum meetings to provide clarity on requirements and acceptance criteria at requirement level
• Work with client teams to get an agreement on scope of changes and enhancements to existing products
• Must be able to explain design decisions to their peers and articulate the advantages and risks of their decisions to senior managers
• Must be able to give demo of the product to client teams when required

What You ll Bring

ZS welcomes candidates with degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or a related discipline. Additionally, we seek individuals with the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years in roles such as Data Scientist, Business Analyst, or Product Owner, with a focus on AI technologies.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Proven organizational and product management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective in multinational team settings.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
