ZS s Technology group focuses on scalable strategies, assets and accelerators that deliver to our clients enterprise-wide transformation via cutting-edge technology. We leverage digital and technology solutions to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. Our services include, but are not limited to, Digital and Technology advisory, Product and Platform development and Data, Analytics and AI implementation.

What you ll do :

Leverage information from requirements-gathering phase and utilize experience to design a flexible and scalable solution.
Apply appropriate development methodologies (e.g.: agile, waterfall) and best practices (e.g.: mid-development client reviews, embedded QA procedures, unit testing) to ensure successful and timely completion.
Collaborate with other team members (involved in the requirements gathering, testing, roll-out and operations phases) to ensure seamless transitions.
Communicate business requirements work closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation.
Lead the development of project outputs such as business case development, solution vision and design, user requirements, solution mockup, prototypes, and technical architecture (if needed), test cases, and deployment plans.
Help lead user adoption and change management activities during inception, UAT and post implementation phases.
Work with internal management and team members to understand and clarify visualization requirements / needs.
Use advanced data visualization tools to provide an easy-to-understand interface for end users to quickly identify key themes within their data.
Identify key business metrics measurements and develop methods to represent data in support of the measurements.
Provide guidance and insight on data visualization and dashboard design best practices.
Build dashboards, automated reports and report templates.
On occasion, support multi environment Tableau infrastructure including server security, troubleshooting and general system maintenance.
Serve as a primary point of contact for Production Support issue resolution.
Refine and enhance the technical architecture to keep pace with changing business demands and new Tableau software releases.
Analyze, troubleshoot and tune product performance or deployment issues when required.
Define best practices during implementation and integration of Tableau Platform.
Experience using SQL to build custom datasets for reporting or analysis.
Able to work directly with end users to ensure results meet their needs.

What you ll bring :

Bachelors/Masters degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT or other computer related disciplines.
1-3 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements.

Additional Skills :

1-3+ years of relevant professional experience in delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to structure thoughts logically during discussions and presentations

Capability to simplify complex concepts into easily understandable frameworks and presentations

The structure that they give to work, the importance given to individual growth, the culture of collaboration. The wonderful, wonderful people. It is only after leaving a firm that you realise just how good they were in so many aspects.

Dislikes

Work can stretch long at times. The clients are majorly only pharma companies.
