Job Description

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with expertise in Microsoft 365.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work in UK shift timings (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools is an added advantage.


    Requirements
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via email, phone, or chat for resolving issues related to Microsoft 365 and other IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing any reported issues promptly.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the company\u2019s knowledge base for future reference.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure adherence to company protocols and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certification in Microsoft 365 or related IT fields is highly desirable.
    • Prior experience in supporting international clients, especially UK-based, is a plus.
