The profile is for tax compliance and analytic, candidate must have strong knowledge and understanding on GST and Income tax, GST compliance.
Review /preparation of GST RETRUN and Income tax return advance tax assessment proceedings. Added advantages if candidate having knowledge on international taxation various tax treaty

1. GST return filing (3B, R-1, ISD and TCS payment Return)
2. GST ITC and 2A/ 2B reconciliation
3. Attending the tax query
4. TDS Calculation, Monthly TDS payment and quarterly TDS return filing
5. Advising on impact of changes in direct and indirect taxes (GST and Income tax, customs) and relevant laws
6. Tax Planning, litigation, and compliance for the company
7. Updating clients / customer/ vendor on tax proceedings
8. Reconciliation of tax ledger, assisting in auditing
9. Handling Income tax assessment independently
10. Assist in framing Transfer pricing policy and documentation and review of transfer pricing reports and calculations
11. Assisting on TP assessment before the TPO
12. Attending day to day tax query
13. Direct and coordinate both direct and indirect tax audit, appeals, litigation
14. Identify tax savings opportunities, including working closely with external tax advisor
