About the Team
Zooms Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zooms growth in communication and collaboration.
What we re looking for
Have Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.
Have 10+ years or more experience in managing a large global IT team in companies with 10k+ employees
Have a highly positive and collaborative mindset that excels to drive change, develop partnership, fosters trust and collaboration
Have deep technical knowledge with hands-on experience in IAM (Okta, SailPoint, etc.), OS (macOS, Windows, Linux, etc.)
Have experience in EndPoint Management (Workspace One, Jamf, InTune, VDI, etc.), Vulnerability Management (Qualys, Tenable, etc.),
Have experience in Unified Communications (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.), Service Management (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.), and IaaS (AWS, GCP, etc.)
