Zuora Business Analyst

What you can expect

As a Zuora Business Analyst, you will design critical processes for the subscription-based billing system. This person will partner with teams including e-commerce, Salesforce, Oracle, Data engineering, etc to architect solutions. In addition, the person will closely work with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders, to design and build solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate needs to have a thorough understanding of SaaS/Subscription business models, good communication skills, analytical skills and knowledge about PL/SQL.

About the Team

We re problem-solvers, working at a fast pace to design solutions with our customers and users in mind. Here, you ll work across teams to deliver solutions to refine the SaaS selling model for Zoom products, managing the sales lifecycle from Quote to Cash. You would be developing and enhancing the way the entire ecosystem communicates and caters to increasing the overall MRR.
