Responsibilities

In this ambitious role, you will:

• Provide world-class desktop support to ensure flawless operation of all IT services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, both remotely and onsite.
• Maintain and deploy IT infrastructure, including setting up new workstations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within the company s systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and systems.
• Document and maintain IT processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

To succeed, you must have:

• Proven experience in a desktop support role within a large organization.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks strictly within deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
