SAP Validation Engineer-2

The IT Engineering/Operations Professional will be responsible for managing, implementing and maintaining complex IT solutions, as we'll as managing day-to-day operations to meet business requirements. The goal is to ensure the stability, performance and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Design, implement, administer and manage IT infrastructure

• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to ensure scalability and reliability

• Collaboration in IT projects regarding solution generation and task management

• Process tickets in the form of very complex incidents and service requests

• Communication with end users and other internal stakeholders

• Independent solution analysis and implementation of the solution in your own and related areas of activity

• Documentation of work activities in accordance with valid policies (eg creation of change requests) and regular further development of policies

• Collaboration with solution architects to develop new complex solutions

Qualification & Skills:

• Academic Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in IT engineering/operations roles with a focus on infrastructure management (on-premise & cloud)

• Hands-on experience with IT infrastructure server administration, network management, and system troubleshooting

• Fluent in English

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Analytical mindset

• Attention to detail
