On Site Warehouse Roles- Manager/Sr. Manager/ Site Lead

Blinkit is now hiring - Managers/Sr. Manager/Site Leads for the Warehouse Team (across multiple cities)Experience - At least 5 years in warehousing or manufacturing operations from FMCG or a high-growth start-up.

• Location: Multiple locations across India

Requirements:

• Rigor to work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and can handle large-size blue-collared staff.
• Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and maintaining metrics.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to optimise workflow, minimise errors, and enhance productivity.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations. - Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, and logistics to fulfill orders efficiently and resolve any issues if may arise.
• Continuously evaluate warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
